Apa Recipe Help

I've used both POR and Chinook for bittering in the variant APA's I've made but tend to favour the chinook because I had heaps in my freezer thus used em! Both turned out awesome(if i may say so myself) so I wouldn't loose sleep over which one you should go for.

Similar problem, different hops...I've got well over 3/4 of a kilo of POR in my freezer...gotta' get rid of the sh*t! :lol:

try 25g chinook @ 60 mins
and 25g cascade @ 15 mins

pretty simple but tasty depending on your grain bill....
