Any Ideas For A Couple Of Cans Of Coopers Bitter

Hi all I have a couple of cans of Coopers Bitter sitting in the cupboard and I was wondering if anyone had any ideas what I could make with them that would be a bit different .The last Coopers bitter I tried I used 1 can of Coopers bitter 500g of DME and brewed to 18lt and that turned out very nice.

Here's some ideas from others using the same kit.

I'd probably try to make it into an amber ale using all malt and maybe some casade to finish or something similar. Goldings would be nice too.
