Hi All
More noob starter questions.
I have 22 litres of 1065 wort in a cube that I want to pitch some London 1028 into.
On Sunday 19th I pitched a packet about a month old and a packet about four months old into 1.5L of 1035 wort. Spun it around for two days then put it in the fridge on Tuesday as I planned to pitch on Wednesday.
It's now Monday and I haven't got around to it yet. my questions is:
Do you reckon I need to make another starter? (I have a second flask so I can do this without too much stuffing around) or do you reckon there'll be enough viable yeast to get going anyway? My aeration methods are pretty poor (O Cylinder next on the list) so I like to have a good batch of little yeasty bastards to start with.
Am I worrying too much and should just get my flask and cube to the same temp and pitch away ASAP?
