Kinda reminds me of when aliens visited my back lawn. They left wierd dark-green rings behind. Still not sure how or why? Maybe they were related to the buggers that leave those crop circles.![]()

Fairy ring affects most grass varieties. Symptoms ofthis disease vary depending on the species of fungus.A dark green band of turf may develop in a circle orsemi-circle, or a ring of brown, dying grass may occur.Mushrooms may or may not be present. White, fungalmycelia may be observed under the thatch layer. Toprevent fairy ring, apply adequate nitrogen to mask thesymptoms. Improve water penetration, and aerate. De thatchthe lawn if the thatch layer is more than 1.2 cmthick. Fungicides are available but they have not beenobserved to reliably control fairy ring
