Are there any active HB clubs in Melbourne?
what suburbs do you tend to meet in?westgate brewers
Cheers mate, I'm a newbie to HB(well I dabbled over 30 years ago but things have changed for the better I think!) so just playing with the kits for now.Melbourne brewers meets in Ferntree Gully. Last Wednesday of the month.

We have an annual comp called "Get your kit off" which is kit only.
I was kits and bits for years before I went to all grain.
Come along to club night it's an great way to try others beers and learn heaps.

Seems baysidebrewers.org.au is offline and there are no updates on the blog since April, despite there being a poster for Octoberfest. Is the group still running, do you know?
http://www.worthogs.websyte.com.au/Thanks, I'm in Greensborough so both the Lilydale and Yarra Valley options are closest, second only to Merri Mashers. Clifton Hill's not too bad - although none of these are really close per say. Might have to start my own!!
