Looks lik someone grabbed those s/s trolleys you see at hospitals and bolted them together to make the frame. Has a chiller coil as well as a plate chiller. Can't see how it even comes close to being 3k new let alone used a few times "when men make beer".

Perhaps he's valued the small sack of grain at the bottom of the rig as $100?

fark there are some scrupulous tossers out there. oh well caveat emptor
