The Guv'nor's brother is a barley farmer.

Pathetic.
With give or take 12000 inmates in the NSW prison system, thats less than 2L per person for 2015.
They really need to lift their game.

Hi,
Newbie here from Grafton High security.
Just a couple of questions, my bag has stopped bubbling- should I add more bread?

Also, I would like to use a refractometer but the missus is complaining about the size of it and smuggling it in, but she keeps dropping the hydrometers. Is there another way to tell if my hooch has finished?

I have also read that the Belgians use orange peel in a wit- I have been using the whole orange and my brews have a bit of a "tang". Should I peel the orange first?

Promise to send a few bottles of my finest to the best answer ( might need a new missus but).

Cheers,

Absolutely unreal.... seriously wtf is going on in there for them to be able to swing this....
I had a look at he link you posted and Mr Zangari said Overcrowding is the biggest issue....
Well if booze, phones and drugs are in the prisons and in large quantities / numbers I would hazard a quess by saying, oh hallo ******** do you not think that security is the biggest issue in this case ?
