Hi All,
SWMBO gave me a nice selection from 3 Ravens (which is only a few blocks away). Last night I opened the Oktoberfest which we both loved. Now I've read a bit about the style, I'd quite like to brew some, but I don't have a fridge and don't have space for one, so lagers are not really on the cards for me.
Are there ale yeasts that'll produce happy results a bit warmer for this style? Will something bland like US05 do the trick?
