Just did my 2nd ag irish red ale via SJW, Ducati Boy.
All went well after recalibrating the dip stick from the first ag,
But Der I dont understand before boil in the kettle I took a og 1060, what way too high & thats after cooling to 23c.
Dont know there, will obviously check before pitching yeast.
Can any one point me in the right direction
Not that I am that stressed but just a stickler
Drank the whole way through it this time not like last time started at the boil so I was even keeled this time. Unfortunately didnt chill it its in a cube but hopeing for a nice xmas drop
Thanks for all advice
