Well made the move to the darkside AG today.

Was pretty easy.

Also manage to burn my leg with just boiled wort (can't get a tap fitted soon enough)

Other then that just a few issues, strike temp didn't drop as expected.

Too much water in the end (est. about 7L too much, got my figures from the BIAB equipment set up spreadsheet).

hehe yeah if you look close that the pot shots you might be able to see the plate and wind break that belongs to that BBQ.

I had the 9kg gas bottle on the burner and couldn't run the big BBQ off a 2kg bottle.
