    Stc 1000 Temp Controller

Great thread, definitely worth reading all 19 pages so far. I've done my own wiring diagram. Can either a sparkie or someone who has wired heaps of these up verify that I have the wiring correct....?

    Newbie - Buying Grains

JEG, G&G is your best option. Either get delivery, or arrange a trip to Melbourne to go to G&G and stock up on supplies. The other option is Ballarat, I believe there is a homebrew supplies store in Ballarat now, not sure about their grain range though. Cheers.

    Mountain Goat Beer

Mountain Goat Hightail Ale is really good. I tried both the hightail ale and the pale ale at this years international beer awards festival. The Corner Hotel in Richmond, Melbourne, has it on tap.

    New Brewer. Poor Head Retention

OK, maybe I should go and read www.howtobrew.com and review my brewing process (or lack of it) before I brew up another batch. Cheers for the advice, keep it coming B)

    New Brewer. Poor Head Retention

OK, well I'm new to brewing, have currently only done two batches, one lager and one draft. I bought a Coopers Micro-Brew Kit (http://www.coopers.com.au/homebrew/micro_brew_kit_right.htm) a couple months back. Both of my brews have turned out OK, taste not too bad, except they have both had poor...
