    The Electric Brewery Build Begins..

Looks good. I used their website to design most of my high voltage wiring in my brewtroller rig. They didnt have the 240v kit when i made my brewery otherwise i would have seriously considered doing the same thing you are doing. :)

    Rims/brewtroller Brewery Upgrade

I only mounted the pump last night so i havn't had time to test it yet. I upgraded the impeller in the pump so hopefully it should have the grunt required to sort itself out. Time will tell. ;)

    Brewtroller E-herms Build (pictures)

Looking good. My brewtroller system is slowly taking shape too. My volume sensor setup is the same as yours, i was told that it was good to put a 90 degree bend at the end of the dip tubes to help the bubbles escape otherwise the readings can get a bit messed up from time to time. Since i havent...

Its mainly made from 40 rhs so i dont think its slightly over engineered but...

    Rims/brewtroller Brewery Upgrade

I got them from brewers hardware. They require a drilled through compression fitting also, unless you have another way you would like to mount them. ;) http://www.brewershardware.com/8-Temperatu...or-DS18B20.html

    Rims/brewtroller Brewery Upgrade

Progress... Vessels are almost complete. Next step is the stand, im considering a three tier tree type stand similar to the Blichmann brew stand, this will allow me to utilise gravity to perform some of the filling and draining - Less hose swapping. More pics of my progress here...

    Heater Element Wire Covers?

Hi Raven, Nah i mean to cover the terminals on end the elements. I need a terminal cover for the RIMS and one for the HLT element to protect it from wandering hands and splashes. ;) I had thought about getting some metal project boxes of the appropriate size from the electronics store and...
