    HI just about to put down Morgans cerveza (chairmans) . The LHBS said only use dextrose.. Im just questioning him to a certain degree as friedn made similar copy with additional malts and hops.. Should add hops... confused :icon_cheers:

    Hi I'm about to try make this black rock cider. IT says use water . Im using dextrose instead of sugar. Whats the go with using 2 or 3 litres of apple juice as a subitute for 3 of water. Obviuously still top remain with normal water.

    My yeast has stopped after 3-4th day due to high temp 27deg. Thinking transfer into another fermitation tank to settle b4 i bottle a weeks time. Doing this I hope to rid some of the sediment and also hopefully save what I read will be stuffed bear due to the heat..
