    I started BIAB'ing and had the same issue as you regarding hoppyness. I got an immersion chiller from cheaky peak and it changed my beers greatly! I found their chiller was best priced for what you get.

    Vienna lager with the Tettnang hops? Maybe a Red X and Chinook smash? Could make it pretty hoppy like you want or dry hop with the galaxy.

    They do fine. The beer I buy comes in 330ml bottles so I dont have any 375's.

    They were all 83.3 odd % or something. I couldnt remember exactly, but yes I use acidulated malt also but dont factor it into the recipe. The amounts dont change anything much, if at all.
