You can try brewmaster @ holden hill countrybrewer @kilburn or there is beer belly @pooraka or there is brewcraft as for refill i know brewmaster has a exchange system ($25 for 2.6kg) of some sort not sure if brand specific beerbelly has refill facilities i believe not sure about bc or country...

Well just had a trip to my local coles (burnside) and the bastards didnt have bugger all out cheap cept farmland lager ($6) and maybe $1.25 saving for thooeys can thought what a damn waste of my time be so much easier if the coles accross the rd hadnt closed and buggered off maybe they couldnt...

Hey all Im moving house over the next week and prob wont have time to brew for a few weeks was wondering what the best deal would be to do with the inactive fermenters? 1 Should i wash and sterlise as usual and then store? 2 Wash store and then sterilise when going to use? 3 Wash sterilise...

they both sitting arround the 18 mark during the day i dont know at nite i asume it would drop a bit while the window (otherside of room) is open a lil to let the stench outta the room. Im not sure if sticking neer the window will improve the temp much as the spare room is on side of house...

What about the use of filtrated water? Will that make a crisper/tastier brew? Ive been thinking about goin up to the west end brewery and grabing some if the donation water that they have on offer i assume it would be the same stuff they use in the production of their product

Yeah i used the kit yeast theres seems to be signs of the usual foam/cake that sticks to the sides and there seems be a fair bit of condensation on the lid cant see properly into the fermenter I had noticed that prob on the wed so had a idea was doing stuff so wasnt overly worried...
