Hiya all,
I am making a hefeweizen, i got a smack pack of the wyeast 3068.
i made up a starter as per Batz post, Smacked it, next day all swollen, pitched that into 1.5L water and Dry malt
it bubbled away, i then stepped it up last night with another 1.5L and 160g dry malt.
This is now sitting...
