    Thanks a lot fellas, I just put it in for 5 min after the boil. Seems like a bit of a waste of hops, I'm not sure I'll do it again, I'll see how it turn's out.

    Does anyone have the original recipie on brewmate?? When I do it on brewmate it wants me to drop the fuggles hopps down from 43g to 25g to get correct IBU's..??

    Could you please explain the tap to tap method? I was going to use 2m of hose from one tap into the other jerry with it coiled up on the bottom.

    Bit of advice please, I have my first BIAB in the fermenter and I'm thinking of bulk priming instead of using the carb drops, I am Not using a keg. It will all be getting bottled in tallies and stubs. Is there a formula to working out how much dex to use and what is the best method?? Cheers Jamie

    I did my first BIAB on the weekend, I can't help it, I keep going into the garage grabbing a chair and just watching it bubble. I just want it to hurry up so I can bottle and try the bloody thing. However there is something peaceful and hypnotic about just watching it bubble away............

    How do I get rid of the homebrew taste?

    I am new to brewing and I am wondering how do I make a beer without that tell tale taste of a home brew?? Is it the carb drops, is it because I use the tins and not AG?? If anyone on the gold coast has the patients I'd love to learn all I can. Cheers Jamie
