Hi Ricki, The first thing I do using ANY equipment is use a software program to work out my recipe. I use Beersmith but there are others that are free. In Beersmith you tell the program what equipment you are using and the beer you want to make and it will then print out a sheet with directions...

My fridge atm is set to 5 degrees. I have 3 kegs in it carbed at around 90-100kpa. If I have a keg of pommy beer I will pour it into a jug so that it warms up a bit and loses a bit of carbonation. Definitely tastes better towards the end.

When I first started dry hopping with Cascade one of my mates turned his nose up after tasting it and said "I dont like flowers in me beer" Then he went back to his VB.

It was a long time ago when I had it, but I remember enjoying it a lot.

I don't even encourage the highest yield of cones anymore. I get sick of picking them and I get way too much to use in a year.
