    Thanks fellows. Having thought about it I might try the brew with just the cans and yeast. At lest then I know what flavour to expect from the yeast and next time maybe dry hop.

    Hello fellow brewers. I have a can of Mangrove Jacks Belgian Ale and a can of Morgans Amber Caramalt. Not at all sure what this will turn out like but was thinking of dry hop 50 gms Styrian Golding. Any comments please.

    Duff Beer?

    European Lager has a Lager yeast, Canadian Blonde has a Coopers Ale yeast and Australian Lager has an ale yeast. I suspect your first brew will be ok even though the temp was a bit high. However I have brewed at higher temps with no ill effects. Mind you I have tank water. Stewie

    Clearing My Beer

    I normally leave my brews in the FV for a week after fermentation so it can clear. no problems yet.
