    I was in the room for a while and doing something, heard a bubble every 2 minutes maybe so is working.. I have found that yeast not as active or is this too slow, 20 degrees..been about 48 hours, but did read can take 72 hours to get going properly.

    Stainless Steel fermenters

    How do pressure transfer with the fermenter? What happens with the bubbler? Or do you have a CO2 plug on or something that goes in an adds pressure to transfer? Never seen anything mentioning this before.

    So if it is blocked do you think its in that poppet / nut.. Its obviously building up. When I put it on a keg it is ok for a bit until equalised and then pressure builds up again.

    Do you think yeast helps, a mate uses Nottingham yeast and seems to be good in any brew but also uses Coopers BE3 - so could that too?

    See video Going up and then PRV opens.. This normally happens if the gas is on and not connected to a keg. As soon as I turn on … is connected to a keg. I took the regulator off the other day. Since then.. is about 2 kgs of gas left.. Any ideas.. Took off and re added a few times.

    From what I read - in summary More malt, ie light dry malt, instead of BE2? As in proteins More hops, steeped in And maybe cold crash before kegging Just need something simple to do for home kit brewer. As I wrote this op post I was drinking beer with light dry malt which was better Thanks
