    Regulator gauge is going up and down

    See video Going up and then PRV opens.. This normally happens if the gas is on and not connected to a keg. As soon as I turn on … is connected to a keg. I took the regulator off the other day. Since then.. is about 2 kgs of gas left.. Any ideas.. Took off and re added a few times.

    From what I read - in summary More malt, ie light dry malt, instead of BE2? As in proteins More hops, steeped in And maybe cold crash before kegging Just need something simple to do for home kit brewer. As I wrote this op post I was drinking beer with light dry malt which was better Thanks

    15L Fermenter to make 23 L brew?

    I calculated that wort would be 420 ml and the rest of the 750ml water, why cant I do the usual brew in the 15 and then make with water at the end in the bottle, ? I am not turn a 23 litre in 15 litre, if that is what you mean?

    yep I think this is going to taste like those (forgot name) An English Ale that is 8.8% (might be Tennants Extra) - its all alcohol flavour, not great. I am going to suggest he brews another can with just malt (or nothing) to just get it down in alcohol and then mix the 2.

    thanks LOL, it might only be 1 beer LOL this is going to be good --- new brewer getting a bit cocky..LOL I get about 7.47% on brewers friend - this is a kit - but just added and also forgot he is also only making to 20 L (he is going all in) and that makes a big difference - wow - 6.5 to 7.47%...

    Hi A mate who does not do SG or FG - (tbh I stopped when it all was the same each time and I broke the reader) - anyhow He added Kit plus 'about' 2 kg dextrose, 500 gram honey plus coopers beer enhancer 2 - LOL - I told him he is making rocket fuel - lol anyhow - would there a rough guide...

    Thanks - maybe last couple of beers may have had more sediment than usual - maybe sucking through that. (on one of kegs I did cut it 1/2 inch shorter - to help with that) I never had issues beer doing the same way... I just thought the yeats might be different, although used US 05 beer... Yes...

    Hi Yeast like US 05 and T-58 seems to clear in bottle but not in keg? Any ideas?? I know you can add gelatin, but never really had to do that. Standard kits , nothing special. Thanks

    Improving a kit brew after finished and kegged

    Could add liquid with carbonation cap and bottle with pressure so don’t have to open. Cheers
