Airlock Not Bubbling With Coopers Mexican

Don't worry about the lack of bubbles in the air lock it makes no different to the beer. In my short brewing life I have had some that bubble and other that don't. Trust your hydrometer, foam and condensation are both good signs. Good luck.

    An Off Vb

I just tried my very first bottle of home brew it's still very young but I must say it's not bad at all, Taste a lot more full flavoured if that makes sense, like less watered down. I'm looking forward to a few more weeks to see what it taste's like then!!

    An Off Vb

I'm not too bothered about getting the beer replaced, if it was a couple that were off I would be more inclined. It did have some minor damage to the lid small dints and scrapes so probably happened in transit. I could never think any thing bad of my beloved VB

    Brewcraft Mexican Cerveza

Cool I will just stick to the standard sugars it sounds like it will be strong enough. I don't care about low carb I have a wife so no need to impress the ladies any more i'm working on my beer gut these days.

    Brewcraft Mexican Cerveza

I am putting down the Brewcraft Mexican cerveza with the no 15 (500g dextrose 250g corn syrup and 250g malt) it comes with dried enzime. The HBS told me that the enzime brakes down the non fermentable sugars so the yeast can eat them is this true? they also said it will be 6% dose that sound...

    When Do I Refrigerate?

I used caster sugar in each bottle, I used the messure that came with the kit and filled it just under full for each. The reason I'm worryed about over carb is the SG only dropped to 1014 it was the same of 3 days (brew was down for 11 days in total) but I just want to be sure.

    Carbonation Methods

Will do, I have only done one brew (second is on its way) and I used caster sugar and funnel but I would like to try bulk as well.

    When Do I Refrigerate?

Thanks guys great advice. I want to check for over carbonisation after 10 days should I chill it first (so I can drink it) or is it best to do it at room temp?
