G'day, I'm from Evans Head. Very keen on this, was thinking of setting something up myself. Been doing AG for about 2 years now, moving into Gruit's at the moment. Would really enjoy the opportunity to meet other brewers in the area!

No affiliation but I do a lot of cooking, typically I use these guys: http://www.aussiespices.com/ I have found them to be really good in the past. It seems like their site is down at the moment though...

As previously mentioned keeping the bottle in the fridge will change nothing CO2 wise, however I have been led to believe it is bad for the regulators -particularly if they are put in a taken out reasonably often- due to moisture.
