    Help with Pilsner water

    Hey guys, Starting to play around with salts and stuff for the first time. I'll be brewing a Czech Pilsner this weekend and I'm hoping some experienced brewers can look over what I've come up with for water additions after much googling and head scratching.     My 3rd Brew

    Put down my 3 rd brew on. Sunday a coopers Australian pale ale goo with a 1kg brew enhancer 2. Og 1.044 with this insane hot weather I'm having trouble getting down to 18-20 deg. Lowest I can seem to get it is about 24 deg. Should still be ok I'm thinking as Long as temp stays consistant instead...

    My 2nd Brew

    for this one i plan on using: 1 can thomas coopers sparkling ale 1.5kg light liquid malt 500g light dry malt 300g dextrose make up to 23lt ferment for 2 weeks @ 18-20* is it worth going to the US-05 yeast or just use the yeast under the lid of the coopers tin?
