70g ginger
21 lemons
255g lactose
2kg dextrose
6g yeast nutrient salts
Original sg 1040
1pk SAFale yeast 04 (blue packet)
Method:
Heat 5 litres of water then add dextrose, lactose, lemons & ginger & simmer for 20 minutes.
