    After many months I finally have a red naga morich. I am hoping some of those green ones will turn red as well but do not think so with the weather so much cooler now. Out of 3 plants this one was the second largest one. The largest one which was doing great with a lot of small chillies on it...

    I brewed with tank water last Sunday. The water was a bit of color because it was raining at the time and water was being dumped into the tank but I figure it will just add to the taste. cheers johnno

    We made pizza yesterday in the regular oven. This one shown here had 3/4 of the satchel of the dry 7 pod powder sprinkled over the top. By time I had the first bite from the second piece of pizza (which was about ten minutes after eating the first piece) I reckon I was on a bit of a trip.
