what is the best temp control to buy for a fridge to ferment in?

im goining to do my first stove top biab this weekend im aiming at 9l of finishied beer im just wondering how much yeast to use im going to use us-05 yeast.

yes it was from dans and i would have taken it back but i live about an hr and a half drive from where i purchased it. im going to ring the brewery and let them no just so they are aware and they might be able to put steps in place so it dosent happen to often.

Ive drank stone and wood pacific ale many of times and think its a nice beer, but i bought a six pack last night and found it to be a bit watery and very over carbonated to the point it felt like i had put my tounge on a battery its never happened before i was just wondering if anyone else has...

it is a wonderful place to go and try some different styles of beer here in wagga as its hard to get good beer here i beleive harts pub in sydney are currently serving his vanilla milk stout on tap i think this has one a few awards.

paid 38 dollars for one on fathers day at liqour land on special i think.

Gday, Just wondering if anyone one had an extract recipe for a dark ale that is similar to white rabbit any help would be appreciated thanks.

depends how much money i have if i dont have alot i buy coopers pale ale if i feel like splurging i go white rabbit dark ale i love that stuff but its verry expensive at $68 a carton.

id have to say white rabbit dark ale is my favourie.

Just curoious on what you thought was the best beer you have had not including homebrew?
