I did a similar recepie to this but I used 750g of light dry malt and 500g of dex and the kit the of cam to 1048 does that seem right I thought it was a bit high and also where should I expect it to finish?

its proberbly dry because he has over cooked it.

id say its kit twang best, thing you can do if you are using kits is get the freshest you can get.

I think the thirsty crow is about to release its vanilla milk stout in bottles well worth a try if you can get your hands on some absolutely delish.

Had this beer last night and i found it absolutley horrible couldnt drink it, Over carbed sour smell and sour taste no hop flavour at all down the sink it went wont be buying this again.

so i get up this morning to see my keezer sitting on -22 on closer inspection my temp controler has **** it self and it is only a month old spewin so now i have alot of burst beer bottles to clean up and have to buy another one not happy i tell ya.

I put down a brew last week of morgans caramalt amber extract 1.5kg morgans extra pale brew enhancher extract 1kg of dex 100 grams of hops at various stages in a 30min boil and us04 yeast fermenting at 19 degrees. Just wondering what the expected fg would be?

decided to use cascade and amarillo instead. is the pale malt brew enhancer from morgans the same as pale malt etract?

its a morgans pale malt can unhopped and amber can unhopped. what hops should i use then and why shouldnt i use the s04 yeast?

Ok so ive got a can of pale malt a can of amber malt about 40g of fuggles hops and about 40g of gold cluster hops and some dextrose and s04 yeast just wondering what type of brew can i make with these hops? And how long and what amont of hops do i use in the boil any help would be appreciated.
