    Hag Christmas Case Drinkin'

Sorry about the hop flower Trent, must eat your greens though. However...that beer was for the NSW Xmas case swap beer not the HAG one ;) I know the AIPA I put in the HAG swap was dark but I was aiming for something a little less then jet black  Cheers

Brand New 40 Litre Ss Electric Urn $195 - Ebay

Don't get me wrong if you can get one for $190 its a good buy. But if it is going to go up close to $300 I wouldn't bother. This is the Crown urn and it does everything I need. Tap was easily replaced also.

Brand New 40 Litre Ss Electric Urn $195 - Ebay

I reckon the best bet is just go buy one from a chef type place. I bought a 40ltr Crown urn new for $235. I guess it depends if you want to wait and possibly save $20.

Bye - Bye, The Beer Guy

Congrats Keith you deserve it! Was sad to see Luke go but Potters are lucky to pick up another great brewer to fill the spot. Really great news! I'm there if there is a recovery session on new years Mark. Cheers

5 Bottles Of Schofferhofer Hefeweizen & Nice Glass

Watch how you handle these glasses they are REALLY fragile. I got one a few weeks back and it lasted about 2 hours... Washing it for its first use and snapped in my hands and I wasn't being ruff with it. I was lucky enough to get another one though so all is good.

    Oyster Stout Anyone Done It?

I made one 2 weeks ago. Used 3 oysters in a 25ltr batch, Keith said Potters used 6 in a 600ltr batch and it was to many...Why I then used 3 in 25ltrs i don't know (something to do with a drunken conversation with Les I think)... I tried it the other day out of primary and it is quite minerally...
