Bull n Bush is quite good... Put on a good feed as well (chicken schnitzel looks more like an emu breast!). Up Old Northern Rd there is Hills Tavern (they sell Hunter Brewery beer on tap... quite a nice drop). If there is going to be a brew day, keep us posted as I should be there for sure!

I tried the Bellevue Frambois about 2 weekends ago... To my personal tastes i think that raspberry was just too intense, nut I would like to do a raspberry or cherry ale but only use a liitle fruit (more for aroma and a little flavour). But still, glad to hear of the result Airgead :beerbang...

You can see why 2 up is only legal for only 4 hours a year...

Don't know how much this will help cheapdrunk, but on the country brewer forums there has been a topic going for a while about people wanting to clone beez neez... I'm sure if you searched a bit more you could possibly find something close or even better! And don't worry about what other people...

thanks bighanno! but i have a 90L container that houses about 60 or so longnecks and also store freshly bottled beers in 2 eskies (a lot easier to clean up the mess)

Thinking about putting on a honey lager next batch and was just wanting to get some feedback on what people thought. Recipe is as follows: 1.7kg Morgans Blue Mountain Lager 1kg Body Brew 500g Yellow Box Honey Approx. 18g Cascade hops??? Saf S-23 yeast??? I also have an extra 250g of Yellow Box...
