You have set your efficiency quite low, you will prob get better than that....... Also, adjust your recipe for a 2 hr boil, to get some nice darkening of the Wort, 60 min is a bit light on for a Barley Wine, its advisable to also just use Base Malts with a longer Boil.... My Bays Big Barleywine...

Well, after being away working and watching a bit of Cable TV, i have been enjoying watching LA INK and MIAMI INK.. It has now got me excited about getting another after 13 years.... ;)

Brad, check this out Brad, cost a couple bucks from the Recycling Centre and good for the same use.... If I recall though, the water does heat up till boiling before going through the pellets, only used it once so far(since ive done dick all brewing) and I think the water mostly extracted...
