    Tight Arse Stir Plate

What size flask? I have a 1 litre version and get about 1/2 way down - still works a charm. Obviously the vortex gets smaller as the yeast population grows

one of the main reasons that Iso Hop is used is that the beer will have less chance of becoming light struck, obviously the cost and control is also a major player

    Wanted - Filter Set Up.

You do need to remember that one is $7 and the other is considerably more It filters out all hop debris and alot of sediment. There is still sediment in my bottles - which is obviously good as I bottle as opposed to keg. For $7.00 just give it a try and see what you think

    Wanted - Filter Set Up.

Thats the one - I've been using mine for about 12 months and never had an issue - it grabs a heap of stuff when bottling and beers are always clear. For about $7.00 you should give it a go

    Water Profiles

Yeah, I used the "nanograph" from the "how to brew" website and then used it to determine how much I would need of each "mineral" to achieve the PH required for a particular brew. My biggest problem was that I never really sat down and read the stuff on water chemistry properly, I would just...
