    Thanks for the info guys. I have only done 2 brews so far, so pretty new to it all. At this stage I'm just using the kits and experimenting with different fermentables such as BE1, BE2 and LDM etc.

    LOL Thanks Pennywise I guess I was after some opinions from the more experinced homebrewers in the forum, as I'm pretty much a noob. As I said I have searched the topic on and off this forum but nothing cleary states whats better and I wasn't sure if you could use just LDM as a fermentable.

    Hey I'm from Tasmania. I was wanting some information on temps to store the beer after bottling. Is there different storage Temps for different styles of beer such as lager, stout, ales & draughts? Or is there an general temp that would suit all? Cheers :icon_chickcheers:
