Sounds fairly ambitious for your first. Do you have a rough idea of a recipe? I tried a Chai Milk Stout once (for a Vic case swap) & it tasted like 9 kinds of ***. My advice would be to brew a good stout & get that right before trying to split it & make 2 different types

I hate siphoning, maybe I had a **** one or wasn't using it properly, but there would always be air in the tubing during transfer. Did you notice any when transferring to the neverfail jugs or bottling bucket? As a result, I never use a siphon & never, ever transfer to a secondary fermenter

Sounds like the stuff you want to make could clean a nuclear reactor & then brew in it afterwards Sodium Perc just by itself performs brewery cleaning miracles, just not sure there's a need for a super powered version of it?

Lael, Sorry, yet another question. Also regarding the power connectors for the elements. Any chance I can pay you some extra postage & get them sent sooner? I've got 2 new elements & will need to get them wired up with leads that have these connections at the end. Cheers man
