Expiry is mid next year, might of had them in the fridge about 3-6 months. Temp in the fridge is fine, definitely 18c. Maybe should do my next batch at 20c to see?

An urn is a cheap great way to get into BIAB all grain. I'd highly recommend it megs8888

I've seen a few links for the Aldi chest freezers but haven't been able to find any in stock anywhere. Has anyone (or seen) any keezer setups using the cheap new chest freezers around the $220-290 mark available from Masters \ Harvey norman etc? They're quite a bit cheaper than the smallest F&P...

Probably 2-3 Perlicks. Just having trouble deciding how big a freezer to go. Haven't seen the new 600s myself. Interested in a regulator too, was just going to go a KK one otherwise. I'll wait until you have it in stock and might fire a questions your way in a week or so :)

Hey guys, about to relocate for work/family to the Hallam/Narre Warren area. After being spoilt in inner northern suburbs with Carwyn cellars/Purvis/Slow beer and more, what shops are a doable drive from this area? My only knowledge is 2 Brothers brewery is a bit of a drive in.
