Can someone please measure the height of a mashmaster minimill for me? I'm away from home and can't get home to measure mine. I want to design a hopper in CAD while I'm away. I took all the other dimensions I needed before I left. Didn't think I'd need the height. Planning to make a CAD...

WTB: Fresh Batch of Beer - GC/BRIS

Good luck, but why don't you find someone who does double batches and offer to buy the ingredients for the batch. Might have more luck. I certainly wouldn't bother for the value of 7L worth of ingredients. That's like... Well below minimum wage for all the work.

The oxygen reg for the disposable oxygen bottles now states it won't be available until 6th April! Any alternatives.. e.g. an adaptor for another reg? I'm getting impatient I didn't buy any of the first batch soon enough and have a big order on hold in my wish list waiting for only this reg!

Sous Vide with your Brew Rig

Need to go a bit higher/longer for pork leg. I do pork neck/shoulder at 65C for 48hrs. Eggs cold from the fridge are perfectly poached, in their shell, at 75C for 13mins. I've tried lower temps for longer but the whites don't congeal properly. Lamb shanks are incredible, 65C 48 hrs. Another...

This sounds so awesome I'm very excited by this. 2x kegs in my fridge are currently occupied by sparkling water, so I only have 2x beers on tap. This would solve this issue.

Could you stock an M10 Female - M12 male adapter so that those wishing to save a few bucks on a separate reg can have a single reg for nitro and oxygenation? M10F - M12M would allow the nitro users to use the Nitro cylinder on O2 reg if they wished. Oxygenation is so quick it wouldn't hurt...

Can you make a kit up like this so that brewers could utilise an existing corny keg? I.e. I imagine most of the components will be in the lid - water in input etc... A 5-10L keg would be a perfect size and would ensure it stays cold as more water is added! Might get it to market quicker than...

So this isn't really suitable for gravity filling either? Has anyone had any success using this for gravity transfer?
