Hop spider is just a generic KegKing one with the arm bent to anchor it better to the side of the pot. The cheaper pots really do save quite a bit and with the inner false bottom setup it works quite well.

I sour mash, so generally use Lacto P from the IBS support capsules in a corny for souring.

Haven't yet. Been flat chat with other things and only picked it up yesterday. Disassembled and cleaned it before install, minimal swarf that was easily removed.
