    Kettel hole punches

Yeah that's probably an acceptable way to achieve the smaller holes. My biggest concern is with the 2x 48mm holes for my 2" tri clamp ferrels. Felling sketchy about it

    Kettel hole punches

Yeah I was thinking hole saw. It's a 1.6mm wall ss kettel. I'd hate to make a mess of it as it's a $500 pot. I was thinking a punch would be best. Ad I cant find a 48mm hole saw, only 45mm and 50mm.

Red Ne-IPA (hopping, yeast and scheduals for the jusiest IPA?)

G'day guys, I have some hops laying around and taking up room in the freezer. I've been wanting to give a Gladfiels red IPA a go for a while though given the hops on hand I'm gunna mix it up a bit. I've decided to take a bit more of the NE (IPA) approach with the bio-transformation and keeping...

    Red IPA

Having a bit more of a think about what timmi mentioned for the IPA style. I've ecided to take a bit more of the NE (IPA) approach with the bio-transformation and while keeping Gladfiels Red IPA recipe I'm thinking a hop bill a bit more complex and layered as below. Gives 77-ish IBUs, with 47...

Braumeister Rental and/or sweet liquor, fresh wort production

Yeah I see what ya saying. The FW idea was mainly cause I like to brew but I'm limited to how much I can drink. Not going thru all the food handling licences and that tho. As for a rental on the BM I don't know about giving it to people I don't know, and the small fee (rental whatever ya wanna...
