    Collapsible Brew Sculpture

Collapsed - no pics but basically the two lower platforms unbolt (2 bolts each) and sit on top of the tall one. Clearance holes in the frames for M5's and they'll not go anywhere... then use the M5's to bolt it back together when you set it up. Mr. Wilson - sure. PM me when you'd like to come...

    Collapsible Brew Sculpture

Guys. Not sure where to post this - the gear thread or the market place [mods will sort it out most likely ;)] The bloke who welded together my space saving corner gravity brew stand and I were talking yesterday. He's our delivery driver at work. He said he's looking for a bit of extra cash...

I Got Published - Buy My Book!

Guys. Great news. Starting at the beginning; When I lived in Los Angeles I was paid by a couple of networks and a few production companies to write things for them. Then I got married to an Aussie chick. Then the writer's strike happened. Then the GFC happened. Then I moved to Australia and...

Lhbs: "dont Go On The Internet"

Last time I was in Riggers served me. He cracked a couple of good jokes. Even made my 9 month old boy smile so he can't be that bad. There have been times when he's been a bit of a sour faced git but so what. On Saturday mornings I'm not Mr Charisma either. I'll agree sometimes it's not the A1...

Lhbs: "dont Go On The Internet"

I second that. He's the guy that got me going in the beginning. A quiet one but worth listening to. Very helpful in the store - as was Dan. Not sure if he still works there part time since getting the new brewing gig.

    Food Grade Epoxy

Now after a double mythbuster episode i'm all mcgyvered up and thinking a fibreglass stich and glue conical coated with food grade epoxy would be cool. Probably only good for lambics though ;)

Fridgy Question - Compressor Cutting Out

Do they know it's the compressor that's cutting out? I got a free fridge/freezer a couple of years back that only got down to about 15 degrees. They told me the compressor was shot and couldn't work out why I wanted it. When I ran it up the compressor sounded fine, ran the same level each time...

    Diy Counter Flow Chiller

Sounds like a cool place. Almost entrepreneurial. I might join up but their thread on crystallizing versus no crystallizing seems pointless and kinda bores me...

    Keg To Cask Conversion

Yup that's the ticket - The pub in the UK town I lived in also had a microbrewery and they exchanged their beers in 19L cornies with a few other local brewers and used the same set-up.

    How Much For Beer Bottles?

C'mon mate.... it can't be that far can it - I have stacks to give away. Just put a few coldies in my fridge and they're yours ;) Caulfield for those not in the know is north of True South, East of Matilda Bay and south of the Temple.

Up For Grabs: A ****-load Of Bottles

Guys, I recently moved over to kegging and have already got rid of one load of bottles. I've drunk my way through the others that were full and I'm now giving away around 80 or so. I need the space and they're beginning to take over the brew shed. Here's the deal. I'm low on beer as I've...
