    Cheers everyone, I think the efficiency may have something to do with my crush size as i have been using a variety of HBS for my grain. I might just try giving the one HBS a go for a while to see if that is what is effecting my eficiency. Cheers

    How Much Sparge Water Do I Need

    Yeah I would agree with James Squire on that one, I mash in with 2.5kg of water and then Fly Sparge with around 3 litres per kilo. If you are unsure just download the free version of Promash and it tells you exactly how much you need Cheers Archie
