Hi all, I brewed last week, and must have left my pH meter turned on. Now, the display just shows a "1", regardless of whether the meter is in liquid or not. I have changed the batteries, turned off and on, but no change. :unsure: Have I stuffed the meter? :( Cheers, BenH.

No reason not to do a half-batch, though for the time you invest into AG, you may find that you want to get a bit more at a time. That said, brewing more different batches will allow you to learn more quickly. When you "half" the quantities, it's not actually half - make sure that you allow...

And what beer are you bringing for the case swap?

I for one think "the more the merrier". I don't mind getting "a free longneck with every case" :P Just tell me if I need to bring along 14, 17, whatever - that's just more different beers to try!

(Given that this will be my first case swap) do we normally swap recipe sheets at the same time so we can consider the recipe as it's being drunk?! If not 'normal', can I make that suggestion?
