This is my second year Chinook. This photo was taken in May, and there are more shoots now. Do you guys think I should do a heap of trimming? My 3rd year PoR is looking very similar as well. Looks like it might be another good year. Last year between 4 plants I got over 2 Kg dry.

Good to see Brad looking after his clients. I just pre ordered BS2, having brought BS 1.4 early last year he has offered all 1.4 users a discount for pre ordering. $16.95 US which was slightly cheaper with the good aussie dollar. :super:

I'd be interested to hear about this too. My chesty, seems to have done the same recently under the same circumstances.

I haven't had a chance to brew with it yet, but I did give a test run just on my turkey burner. Had it up to about 200kpa and the flame was jumping out. I was quite impressed with the reg and the burner, can't wait to get a chance to actually brew with it.

I've got the same reg, however I made my hose up at work. They are primarily designed for welding purposes and I used fittings you get from a welding supplier, so I assume you should be able to get complete hoses from a welding parts supplier. Cheers

Thanks Rupert, my first thought also was that there was some sort of deficiency, but none of the other bines had the same colours, so then I was worried it was a disease or something. Seeing yours gives me some hope :D , I'll just wait it out and see how the mature. Cheers :beer:

I'm not sure on pH, and the temp has been dropping to low to mid teens overnight. It's a bit odd 'cause I have a POR and 2 mt hoods as well and they seem fine apart from some browning on ends(the cones haven't matured yet though). I hope it hasn't rendered the cones unusable :(
