    Mill Motors

We connected my MillMaster (pretty sure it was a MkII) with a Lovejoy coupling (L075) purchased via eBay for about $20 delivered IIRC. Other parts needed were some grub screws (found random screws that did the job) and a shaft between the motor and the coupling (which was fashioned out of an...

    Kegging Setups

Yeah, I was going to do that, but I already have one of these MFL shanks. Figured it might be neat to take it a step further and be able to pop my gas bottle on and off -- could come in handy.

    Kegging Setups

Yeah that could work. Would just need to find some shorter shanks... Not without doing something pretty clever with the shelf for the ones at the back.. the compressor hump comes about half-way from the back, i.e. a keg deep. Some kind of L-shaped shelf might work, not sure how I could make...

    Mfl Or Barb Connections

If you use a metal barb to FFL adaptor, yes. However, these John Guest fittings also come highly recommended.

    Kegging Setups

A bit lame compared to some of the setups in here, but this is my work in progress... which has turned out to be quite a PITA so far. When I first go the fridge, it was a bit flaky but eventually came good... so I painted it, replaced the door lining, built the shelf etc and it wouldn't start...

How Old Are You? How Long Have You Been Hbing?

Aw, missed out on the 10+ years by a matter of days. Scary. But that was kits 'n bits, doesn't really count.. compared to the AG, which I only got around to starting about 3.5 years ago.

New Craft Beer Bar In Brisbane - The Scratch

Fail. There's a servo across the road, you can buy some flowers to make up for it on the way home ;-)

Adapting 5l Party Kegs To Corny Fittings

How long is "not that long"? Sure they're not going to last forever... but I imagine the commercially filled ones sit around for many months, and it's cheap enough to replace the 5l keg itself (perhaps filled with something not untasty). The adaptors will last pretty much forever...
