Hi Fatfox, Not sure about the recipe as I have never tasted the commercial beer, but overall the amount SPEC grains may be a bit high at 25% of your total grain bill. For 20L batch you grain will give you around a 6.5% beer. You will need to scale your grain bill down. Do you use any software...

based on your grain bill and the assumption of 70% efficiency your OG would have been roughly 1.039, therefore you ABV would be around 4.1% cheers

I've got a Single Hop APA in the fermenter with Eldordo. From my fermenter tastings I get Marmalade in the aroma, bitterness doesn't appear to be harsh. Can wait to till its cabonated to give it a proper sample.
