    barneey Another couple of questions. What is the length of the long straight sections and what kind of performance do you get out of it (say how long it takes to get the wort from 100degC to within a couple of deg of your supply water temp?

    Barneey, I have been looking at building one similar to your design. do you get leaks on the ends where the silicon tubing is? Noticed that you don't have any clamps on them.

    Has anyone had experience with the electric stainless elements that are 2200w , the ones that are look like a straight bar? Looking to go all grain electric but wondering how many elements do i need to get a rolling boil and if there are wort scorching issues. Like to hear people's experiences...
