I used to buy loose hops (what ever weight I needed for recipe, sometimes even less than 10g) from cheeky peak brewery, I would basically buy the exact weight of hops needed for my recipe so to not buy a 100g bottle of hops when I only needed 7g.

Yes they use n2 to whip cream but I used to use co2 in them all the time to infuse oils quickly as a chef. Also used n2 to get high for a lil while... I'm assuming over carbed. But I think I will give it a go. Probably going to just make a mess.

Hi Guys,
Putting down a Black IPA today and as this is my first high ABV beer I was wondering about the amount of yeast to use. Generally I just throw one dry pack of Safale US-05 in, and was wondering if I should bump that up to two packs on this recipe?
I usually dry hop for about 5-6 days after ferment has finished, i dont like the idea of the beer sitting on dead yeast that long. Also so i can do double batches as i only have 1 airlock etc.
