    Assorted Brewing Gear - Melbourne

Gents, I haven't brewed in nigh on two years. Moving house in February, so I'm faced with the choice of carting the gear with me on the chance that I get back into it or just selling it now. Due in no small part to pressure from SWMBO I've gone with the latter. I'm splitting this up into two...

I'm with you right up to the part that seems to effectively be "culture difference therefore all good". No. Not all good. Their cultural background may mean that they don't see an issue with this but doing so requires them to either embrace the fact that this cultural trait amounts to the...

Comparing legality of automatic weapons, whose sole purpose and sole design goal was to kill or maim, with people falling off balconies or driving powerful cars is truly mind boggling. Automatic weapons exist to kill or maim. They should be illegal, there is no reason for a private citizen to...

    Cube Hopping

That was my thought also. Without any science or evidence to back it up, I would be worried about a stocking at the temperature of near boiling wort. Also, yob's way = 1 stocking. Hops in the stocking = 1 stocking for every cube you have.

Where does it say that? Is a Barista under the Australian Apprenticeships Scheme? (Genuine question because I actually don't know). Are you going to actually say what your position is?

I'm saying that the data unequivocally shows that in 2012 there were more apprentices than in 1979. What are you saying? Could you clarify how you say the data is manipulated? Specifically could you also say how the definition of apprentice isn't satisfactory (if you think it isn't)?

I completely agree, but you realise that supports my data? That although technically a broader range is included, anecdotally the majority will be under 22. Moreover that doesn't even matter unless there is anything to suggest a change in age composition.

You did after my first comment, but not before. But I'm not here to bicker over semantics, I'm happy to concede move on from that if it progresses the discussion on the relevant points.

Why does under the age of 22 matter? If the numbers overall have increased since 1979 then how does that not speak for itself? Unless there is anything to suggest that the age of apprentices has changed (and there isn't). From my source: "In 2008, the definition for apprentices and trainees...
