    Hi All, I'm putting down a Canadian Blonde and was wondering if it should be brewed like a lager i.e. mid teens or less than 18c or just follow the directions 22c to 26c? Matt

    Liquid Malt Extract

    G'Day All, Do you need to use more Liquid Malt Extract than Dry ingredients? Would I use 1.5kg can in place of 800grams - 1Kg of Dextrose or similar? Thanks Matt

    Yeast Starters

    G'day All, When using a yeast starter do you need to reduce the wort volume by the starter volume so as to end up at 23lts or 25lt. By this I mean if I use a 1.5 or 2lt starter do I use less water when first mixing up the other ingredients? Also if I use dry yeast should I always re-hydrate it...

    Coopers Pet Bottles

    Hi All, My first post. Is it common practice to reuse the seals on the PET bottles from Coopers? How do these bottles perform as compared to normal glass? I had a couple with manufacturing defects and Coopers replaced them immediately. Matt
