Brewers I have just acquired some Simcoe, Centennial and Mosaic Hops. As I just brew my usual house ales I thought I would ask the wider audience for some recipes that include these 3 hops. How soon is too soon? (bottle carbing)
Give the yeast a rouse everyday to get it back into suspension for faster carbonation - it may not be ready on Sunday but might just have enough fizz if kept warm enough. I always let my beers age a min of 8 weeks but saying that I have not bottled in a while due to kegs- jaypes
