    Beer Racking

Bunnings have clear silicon like hose in the irrigation aisle that fits over your taps, just grab one of their water drum taps to check the size while your there. :D

    Mistaken Identity

Cheers, will do, scrap the ale starter plan and treat as a Pale Laleger. Just have to cool it during the day, major temp fluctuations here at the moment. Got 6 Cerveza's for $5 each at Woolies the other week, do you think they will work as a good base for my move into steeping grains and hop...

    Mistaken Identity

Pretty sure the Pilsner had instructions to ferment at lower temps will have to double check when I get home, the sulphur made me think it was. What makes it worse is I have a couple of Safale in the fridge I was saving for this weekend, should have just bought some more.

    Infecteded

Think I'll start to do this and even steep some grains on the way to loosing the kit all together as Steve suggests. Better start looking at some all malt recipes for hop additions. This infection could turn out to be a big step forward. B)

    Infecteded

I think I'll boil the lot from now on so I can add hops at intervals, just wont boil the kits too long so I dont change their bitterness too much

    Infecteded

Only estimates on Lts POM, and as Steve pointed out, bloody cold tap water - my pipes freeze at least 10 times a year.
