Sure is a slow brewing yeast, mine has been in 8 days and the readin is only 1022, although it is tasting quite nice :D

Yeah, it is a bit strange, although there is foam forming on the top of the brew now, maybe it will kick off tomorrow, it appears to be fermenting, although not that the recordings show. I used the kit yeast and stirred it into the top layer of the wort. Dan

Hey there, this will be my second beer brew.... I have a can of Coopers Canadian Blonde which I am about to start a brew from, I noticed some malt on sale at K-Mart so bought some. Would yall recommend adding malt to this batch? How Much Malt To Add? Still add Dextrose? Thanks Dan
